A deputy with the Victoria County Sheriff's Department holds a phone up to a man's ear who was among seven men detained after being suspected of entering the U.S. illegally after a navy blue Ford Explorer driven by a 23-year-old female driver was pulled over heading northbound on U.S. Highway 59 for following too close.
